Hi, you have landed on my home page. My name is David Firth, and this site is here for me to share my knowledge and thoughts for all who want to read it.
Over the years, I have gained both formal and experiencial learning and have (amongst other things), been a salesman, sales manager, trainer, training manager, and have run my own businesses.
My formal qualifications are; Certification with the Institute of Training and Development, Certificate in Professional Management with the Open University, and Competent Advisors Certification with the UK Financial Services Authority.
Over my career, I have trained thousands of men and women to sell, to manage, and to use technology, both in the workplace and at home. (As a sideline, I also help people get their computers running again when they screw them up, and help others to design web pages).
Although British, I am now a Spanish resident and I live on the Costa del Sol with my wife Karen. Together we ran a very successful business in Spain for 7 1/2 years, and since then I have been writing, training, and selling, (amongst other things).
I am not an academic, and my writing is very much based on "how it is , and how I see things".
The tips and tricks that I have learnt and used over those years as a salesperson are covered in my book "When Buyers Tell - Sellers Sell", and I am pleased to be able to share this knowledge with you.
In the processes that I use, you will discover how to make sales of almost anything by both learning, and understanding processes that have been tried and tested, and will never go out of date as long as we have things to sell.
